Can you make it so when people click on their start-bar my website pops up?

Client: “We didn’t think that you would finish in time for the deadline. So we hired a bunch of other freelancers to finish your work.”

Me: “Ok, I will just include the hours I spent so far in the project in my invoice then.”

Client: “About that.. Since the new freelancers were more expensive we won’t be able to pay you for all the work you did.”

Oh man, i think $500 for the logo is way expensive.
